The interview process started out great and then went down hill as it progressed. I came in for an in person interview and interviewed with the recruiter and hiring manager. Both went great! A few days later the recruiter emailed asking me to come in for a second interview with the marketing team. I replied back in a timely manner and never received a response back from the recruiter. It has now been a month and I have yet to hear anything back from the recruiter. The company seems very disorganized and unprofessional. I have no idea why the recruiter would ask for me to come in for a second interview and never respond back after multiple email responses. I think this sheds light on the company and am glad in a way that nothing came of the job.

Before I could start with the interview I had to complete a difficult IQ type test and a personality test. I ended up having to attempt the personality test three times and each time the results came back inconclusive. I tried to remain as consistent and unbiased as I could, but the hiring manager felt I was rushing through the test (I took a full hour to take it). After not being able to provide a personality via their test, they canceled my interview. Felt like the algorithm's results were more important to them than finding out for themselves face to face.
