With very few people to talk with other than the hiring manager, I felt that the vetting process was not particularly strong. My experience was solid but also extremely broad in comparison to the asks, yet there was not very much in the way of competency based questions. As such, the risk was not diminished when hiring me, and I feel like a could have been terrible without anyone knowing until it was too late.
