I was referred in for the role and had a very positive interview with the recruiter and she mentioned she was moving me on to the hiring manager. After that I heard almost nothing from her and had to keep trying to track her down. She said she would get back to me and never did even when I said the job postings were no longer up, which would have given her an out. I know several people that work at Veeam and am still in the same industry. Not a good way to have me recommend your company and products to my customers.
