Lengthy process but they really only want good teachers. Prep for this because winging it won't get you the job. You will talk to a present mini lesson to a Chinese employee. If you pass this part then you will do a full mock class for a current experienced teacher. Very few people get this far.

Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand

It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
