The interview required candidates to either deliver a presentation or engage in a discussion, both of which were relatively straightforward. However, before the interview, applicants had to complete an extensive competency-based questionnaire tailored to the role. This questionnaire assessed their skills, experience, and suitability for the position, adding an extra layer of preparation.

It was a casual interview, great conversation with the interviewers and clear directives for the job itself. Being an international student, I was unfamiliar with the process, but they made me feel at ease. It was a good experience, especially for those students just starting out with their education abroad wanting to gain some exposure.
