One phone interview just a couple of days after sending my resume. Interview took about 30 minutes in english by Uber HR form London. Detailed questions about resume, why Uber, why this job. A lot of questions what to do in Berlin. Seemed almost like they wanted to generate marketing ideas. They seemed very interested and did setup an analytical excel test a couple of days later. Was quite tricky and not too much time. Have to know pivot tables. After I took the test (and I think that I did quite well) they never contacted me again. Not declined / not accepted: No word at all. Very frustrated about this behaviour from Uber. Total waste of time - and I love the sevice.
