Interview process included a personality test to ensure you are a good fit for a call center environment and claims adjuster. Typing test, comprehension and customer service response test were also required. A standard drug test and background check were also done. HR did a prescreening interview followed by an interview with 2 managers.

Entretien
They made me take a 30 minute long assessment after submitting an application. It was not relevant to the position at all. In the end, it was a huge waste of time and there was no further consideration given.

This was a very quick and easy process, interview was done in two parts. First interview was an introduction to the company and second interview was to get to know you better and see if you line up with their values.

Just say I was over qualified. The people were dressed as if they were at a swap meet. The office was small, just not anything I expected. The interviewer only spoke of occurrences if you were late! Micromanagement City
