Very laid back interview. Typical customer service rep questions were asked. Only negative is that I never received a letter in the mail or a response to my follow up email saying "thank you for interviewing but you didn't get the job". That seems a bit unprofessional to me.

The interview process was easy. The interview was done on a zoom meeting and lasted about 30 minutes. Went through a serious of questions that I had to give examples of how I have had something similar happened and how I handled it

They use the STAR Method - Situation Task Action Result. Answer the interview questions in this format. Describe a time when you dealt with an angry customer. Interview was done remotely and I heard back within a few days.
