Applied for a position and received an interview request pretty quickly. I think it took about a week. I was interviewed via Microsoft Teams by the IT Manager and the District IT Manager. They asked a few questions, the conversation flowed pretty well, they joked about my dog who was in the background, etc. Near the end, they said they would let me know within a week. It took 4-5 weeks to hear back from them and the "not selected" email was cold and impersonal.
