Recruitment process begins with one of their HR recruiters calling asking questions to determine if the hiring manager should be given your resume. They advise you that it will take a day or two for the next phase which is when you’d be called for an interview. You’re told if you have any questions to call or email back and the recruiter will reply. However that’s not true. I had emailed the recruiter with a thank you follow-up email never heard back. I emailed again 3 days later because she left me no number to call her back, and I was following up to see if there was any word on the position and no reply. I waited a week and sent another email. I figured at this point I wasn’t chosen for an interview. Which made me wonder why as I am familiar with their software and have over 20 years if IT application experience. This was the second time within 3 months I’ve interviewed with this company. Both times if you’re not chosen you receive no information why not, or any notice that they chose someone else. You’re left wondering what happened, because no one returns emails.
