J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Turo (Phoenix, AZ) en août 2022
Entretien
Interview process took approximately 2 months due to scheduling conflicts on my end. The recruiter reached out pretty quickly after my application was submitted via LinkedIn. The 30 min conversation with HR seemed pretty easy. I read the job description 5 minutes before the interview and used some of the trigger words when discussing my experience. Next step was discussing the role with a manager. When the manager on Turo’s end needed to reschedule I lost my window to the expedite this interview and my availability changed quite a bit. It took about two weeks for the temporary manager and I to complete our Zoom interview. During the case study I was asked to develop a training that if chosen I would be expected to present to a 4 personal panel. Once you submit you have no idea for about a week if you will be moving forward to the panel interview. Luckily they reached out to have me present. The panel interview doesn’t sound scary to some people I’m sure but having to use Zoom for the first time to present some technical difficulties arose. Luckily the team was as very polite and able to assist and actually didn’t hold it against me. The follow up interviews were quite pleasant and it was nice to meet the panel on an individual level. Although the final process was 3.5 hours it was worth it in the end when I was offered the job.
