I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the hiring/screening process. After receiving an email inviting me to a phone screen for a position I was highly qualified for, I booked the earliest available slot—two weeks out. I followed up to ask if there were any earlier openings but never got a response.
On the day of the scheduled phone screen, I received a call—not for the interview, but simply to be told that the hiring manager had already decided to move forward with another candidate. It was clear that I had been strung along for a position that was already close to being filled, wasting my time and energy.
This experience made me feel like the company lacks respect for candidates and operates with poor communication and transparency. If this is how they treat applicants, I can only imagine what working there would be like. Proceed with caution if you're considering employment with them.
