I interviewed on my college campus. Only 4 resumes were selected for the interview for the intern position and only one gets picked as the intern. The interview was a short (40 minutes) with behavioral questions. It was very informal.

There was a thorough application process that includes cover letter, resume, and transcript. The application even asks for ACT/SAT scores which I thought was unnecessary. They had a long window where they were accepting applications and I got an email back only after the window had closed.
