J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Triage Consulting Group (Berkeley, CA) en févr. 2017
Entretien
I interviewed through my school and was chosen for a first round interview where I met up with a Principle from the company. It was mostly a behavioral interview where she asked a bit of my interests and background and why I chose the university I attend and major. It was 30 minutes long and almost like a causal conversation. Formal attire is preferable and they appreciate if you know some background on the company and position.

Easygoing. You still need to be professional, however, the interviewers wanted to get to know who you are and if you are a good fit for the job. They understand that it is a steep learning curve but want to know if you are up for it!

I applied through University Recruiting and heard back for a first-round interview fairly soon. It was a 45 minute interview with a senior consultant and mostly behavioral.
Final Round consisted of 2 45 minute interviews with a principal or manager and again very similar to the first interview and was mostly behavioral. After there was a 90 minute case interview done through excel. Very straightforward and while I was anxious going in, they are willing to walk through it with you and answer any questions. Overall amazing experience and every interviewer was very friendly.
