Had a phone screen with the recruiting manager, who was a little short-tempered when I slightly misinterpreted one question. Proceeded to the next round interview with the hiring manager for the position. The interview scheduling was out of the ordinary since I was told to call the individual at a certain time. Given that it is always the other way around, this was very odd to me. During the interview, the manager already seemed to have his mind up from the very first minute that I wasn't the candidate for the position, and he proceeded to just go through the motions and cut the call short. Overall, was a strange experience and a little unprofessional
