      Entretien

I met with Lexxis who took me over to the hiring manager (which on their website is actually the CEO) who was Luke. When I walked in the shift had just ended for the sales rep so they were all drinking a glass of beer which they provide to their employees after their shift. Lexi goes on to tell me that they do not allow drinking beer during their shift only afterwards. I am not a beer drinker so that was surely not a selling point for me. I was asked how well do I read scripts from 1 - 10? I said I would give myself a 10. Then he gives me the script and asks for me to read over just the top not the bottom part, so that is what I did. Then they have you read over the script to him and you have to read it word for word not like other companies where you can add in a word or 2 and be ok with it he wants no added words to his script. Then they ask you how well you think you did. Then they bring up on their big screen tv in the office showing you the numbers of their sales reps showing you how much money they made each day / week to week / so you can see ho much money that they make They offer NO benefits except 40 hours of paid time off they pay the minimum wage plus bonuses based on the amount of realtors you sign up for Google add words In my life I have never had such a horrible interview. He kept trying to intimidate me and it was not working. If you are young and looking at just money and no benefits for you and your family then this might be the right company for you. The ONLY benefit that they offer is major holidays paid. then 40 hours of vacation after 90 days other then that there is no other benefits for this company.
