First they set you up with an over the phone interview which is pretty basic questions just going over your resume and what not. After that if you are accepted you go on to a video interview. The lady that I interviewed with was very personable and seemed like she wanted me to succeed. After getting through the second interview I had an interview with a general manage over video again. However this guy seemed very disorganized, maybe made eye contact one time with me the whole interview. I understand he is looking at his notes and my resume but it was like he was not prepared at all for the interview. They said they would take 2-4 days to go back to me but in reality it took them about 10 days. I thought that, that was very unprofessional and even if i would have gotten the job I dont think i would have taken it mainly due to the interview experience with the company.

Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.

Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.

First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
