Phone interview first then in person .The interviewing process was pleasent. I met with the DM, I would have never accepted the job had I interviewed with the manager who had not been hired yet. Though I have many years of management experience I explicitly told the DM I did not want to be a manager. I was told that I was being interviewed for a full time temp key position to fill in when a mgr was on vacation etc... The postion I was offered was "key holder" without explanation that this was considered a managers job. I did not expect the higher pay, but didn't turn it down. A year in I was told that the DM had hoped that I would change my mind about management , because they really wanted keyholders to be assistant managers. I feel I was honest , but they were not. You have to take a drug test with in 24 hours of the job offer.
