I initially submitted an online application and resume. Shortly thereafter, I received a email to set-up a phone interview. Had 1 phone interview with an HR person and then 3 phone interviews with a Sales Director. I also had to take a personality test online, to see how my personality type compared to some of their top Area Directors.

Very informative and I felt comfortable the entire time. Angie was very nice and I enjoyed talking with her about the opportunity. She made sure I understood everything and didn't know and didn't mind me asking questions with all the information she gave.
