The process from application to hire took approximately 2.5 months. I was contacted by the talent acquisition consultant approximately a week after I applied.
After the initial phone interview with the TAC, I had three more rounds of interviews: (1) hiring manager; (2) five people, including members of the team, management from other departments, and hiring manager again; (3) VP of department.
This has been the most organized and transparent interview process I have been a part of. Easily ranking top among the dozens of interviews I have been a part of. From the first call with TAC, I was made aware of the target salary range, benefits, how many interviews I should expect, and what the hiring manager was looking for. They didn't want to waste anyone's time and I appreciated that.
I was also provided feedback after the second and third interview, which was greatly appreciated and gave me insight into areas where I need to focus on. S
o why did it take three months to receive an offer? The interview process was interrupted by Thanksgiving and Christmas! Despite having to work around holidays and vacation schedules, the TAC stayed in contact to ensure I didn't feel ghosted! Again, it was an absolute pleasure interviewing with Hanover and I only wish other companies made it this stress-free!
