several rounds of intense work products asked prior to interviews. I was given 24-48 hours to complete one round. one round was done during a set time period of 4 hours. 3 rounds of interviews.

Pretty typical behavioral questions I was surprised to hear the DEI question. They asked why GFI and want someone passionate about alt proteins. They asked me to define alternative proteins.
