A simple, easy and quick interview that involved talking to a laid back manager who asked how I would handle stressful situations. Then I filled out a computer questionnaire that didn't take very long either.

How would you handle a stressful situation that you don't know the answer to?
Very informal interview with the Hiring Manager. Not a difficult or stressful process. If you are looking to work here you would probably get hired unless you really tried to mess it up.

Easy, basic.
Only part time available, told them availability and supposed to schedule within those periods.
Applied for general position and they offered barista because that's where they needed help.
