Either they will call you or they won't. You go into giant and fill out the application on the computer. They usually will list at every store what specific positions they are hiring for. If the hiring manager calls you, they'll ask you to come in for a one on one interview. Nothing worth sweating over. It's as easy a process as it can possible get.

Fair, easy, and flexible. The interview was a two session process. I felt they wanted to help who they could, as long as you would fit in somewhere. Actually more professional than far more competitive jobs.
Brief, in person interview with the Human Resources person, lasted about ten minutes then the department manager met with me to discuss. The days and hours I would be available
