Entretien
I was contacted through a recruiter who coordinated all the interviews. They consisted of a screening with the recruiter and a 1 hour panel interview with the team. They told me that would be the only interview before they made a decision. They ended up having 1 manager interview me separately because of schedule conflicts.

They were especially interested in finding someone that was very organized, basically coming out and saying that the senior producer was not organized.
