The interview process was extremely easy. It was a simple conversation with set questions that flew right on by. I came in with very little prior serving experience and it didn't matter at all.

Question 1
They asked me how I had performed as a team player in one of my previous jobs.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
