Very easy process. I came in and showed my resume. I got asked a couple quick questions but nothing crazy. After talking with me for about 10 minutes, I was hired on the spot.

What were some of your responsibilities at your previous job?
Group interview. Asked straightforward basic interview questions. No S.T.A.R structured responses needed at all. If you know your personal selling points by heart and have a refreshing, relevant stories, that will be more than enough. Doing extensive research on the company's history or the company's becoming isn't necessary. Just know how to convey yourself positively.
