I have trained EMR's (Cerner and HealthQuest x 3 years and Epic x 12 years). I have MST build experience and instructional design experience. The hiring manager wanted a person with a clinical background and Epic certified and when I told her I keep up my nursing license and I just completed my 2019 NVT's for my Epic Certification she sarcastically said "YEAH" like she did not care.
