Applied online. About a month or two later got a email about an interview. It was a group interview but didn't involve any interaction with the other candidates. You fill in a questionnaire which is mostly common sense, but if you don't pass then you don't go through to the next stage. The next stage was a one to one Interview. The questions were common interview questions, like why do you want to work for us and blah blah blah. After the interview it took another month or so to get a phone call saying that I was successful. Because the store I applied for was a new one that was not open yet, I was invited to a Induction which was being held a few months later. So the process did take a hell of a long time.
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
