Recruiting agent had been calling for a few months for the position but the salary offered at the time was too low compared to what I was making at the time. the calls continued until upper management considered offering a higher salary than entry-level and then i decided to go on a interview.

There was 1 group interview with 4 managers. It was an open and friendly environment and the interviewers made me feel completely at ease. The questions asked were typical interview questions (talking about experience, strengths, and weaknesses, goals, etc...) They provided a very accurate description of the work environment and what is expected of their team members.
