Was referred by an employee. The process took 2 weeks. I was sent a coding test and was informed to have an interview onsite 2 days later. A few more days later, I got a phone screen from an employee from the HQ asking technical questions. Finally got a phone call from the HR telling me they decided to give me the offer.
