Interview was pretty standard and seemed fair and professional. Not much else to say about it honestly. Started and ended on time and was a good experience for all involved.

HR call, nothing special First interview in-person with the manager Second interview remotely with the CFO Process simple and straight-forward which is good. BUT EXTREMELY LONG. Had to chase many times to get an update. Did not get an offer certainly because of the salary asked. The salary range offered was quite low for a 3-5 year experienced job. So they turned it into a junior position. Advice to Symbiotics: it is not because you are doing something good in the world that it does not have value. If you want to attract people in this business, then accept to invest money in them. There is a bunch of people with your convictions ready to work, just accept to pay them.

Interviewed for an Associate role at the Asset Management. Although I didn't get an offer, overall I had fruitful discussions with the different stakeholders and definitely keen to work with the company.

Fair but long and not very reactive towards the end of the process. It took them several weeks to get back to me after having done 2 interviews and a test.

I applied online for a position "Credit Modeling Intern". They answered by email after less than one week which was rapid and nice, offering to set up a call. The call was a simple interview to understand better my background (without any technical questions). Followed by a skype interview the next week, very friendly, we discussed the job and I could ask questions. Afterward they offered me the job which I declined for the following reason: extremely low paid job! They offered me 1'500chf/month, for the coming 3 months with the prospect to renew it for another 3 months in case I worked well, without any prospect of getting a real job and a real salary after the internship.

Unstructured conversations with various existing employees. Questions related to hypothetical workplace situations and technical analysis of financial companies. Some focus on approach to business development. No emphasis on soft skills.
