I had two interviews and a coding assignment. The first interview was more general/cultural. The interviewer was seemed to be trying to get a feel for personality and where I would fit into their available positions technically. From there, I was given a take-home coding assignment which was very interesting. After submitting in the assignment, I immediately received an email back that they would review and get back to me in a few days. I was emailed back about 4-5 days later for a second technical interview. In the end I was not offered the job because I just didn't quite have the experience they needed at the moment. However, they were very professional in giving me feedback on my interview. Even though I did not receive an offer, I would definitely encourage people to apply. They were quick and honest, and seem like great people to work with.
