In agreement with comments from people who also interviewed. They responded quickly after applying online but the process was slow when handed off to central HR. Questioning began with technical skills then got vague, moving to profiling and then a gallop assessment. Interviewed in person over a 2day visit and it was frustrating that they were not ready for me. There has been no contact from the company since then.

HR phone screening, then HM interview. after that, you will get a 2-3 hour phone interview for the personality test, which was pure crazy. I had no idea what I was talking about in the later part of the personality test. and yes, the test is very very important. you have to have the personality they want for the position to move forward with the process
