I had a phone screening with almost all qualification questions. I then had an in-person interview where the manager for the position was not there. They did not tell me in advance, so I was very surprised since I had prepared material based on my research of that individual. They then gave me a lab tour. I left feeling good about my meeting, and I follow-up several times about my status, and I was ghosted. Completely unprofessional.
