Had scheduling issues to arrange 2nd interview due to Christmas break. Had to chase several times to get the 2nd interview. They squeezed it in to a 30 min slot and openly admitted it was squeezed in. Didn’t hear back for weeks until I chased them again. Stop ghosting candidates.
