I had a great experience during the interview process. I first had a chat with the hiring partner who helped me understand more about the company, culture and interview process. After that, there was a technical round which was mostly experience-based questions. The next step was a take-home coding task where they let us work on one of the issues from the project we will be working on if we get hired. This helped me get a better understanding of the project and the development process. They also compensated well for this task. Then there was another round of interviews and a final chat with someone from the design team. I would like to give special thanks to my people partner who was really interactive and open to sharing feedback and answering my questions. She supported me throughout the interview process. I enjoyed all the conversations I had with the developers and designers. It was really a learning experience too.
