Easy-Efficient. The employer had two rounds of interviews in the same day. One with an assistant manager and one with the location owner. They interviewed me both right after the other and called me later in the day with a follow-up and then about a week later with an offer.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
