J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks en sept. 2008
Entretien
I talked to the supervisor in the lobby, one on one. He asked me about my previous experience, which at the time was none and he said that perfectly fine. He said he preferred that way, so that I started with a clean slate as far as having a job went. He asked me if I was comfortable dealing with people on a daily basis and basically just asked questions about myself. After that was over, he told me to come in the next day and have another interview with the other supervisor. It was more of the same thing, except she asked about my availability. Then she told me to come in the next day to start my barista certification process and start learning.
Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (Hampton, NH)
Entretien
Basic questions about my personality, reliability, and desire to work. Not very difficult however be prepared to talk about yourself and show a willingness to learn and you should be fine.
The interview was quite easy and relaxed. They asked me about different case scenarios, how I would handle certain situations, and discussed my previous work experience in detail. The interviewers were friendly and professional throughout the process, which made me feel comfortable. As a nice gesture, they also offered me a free coffee while I was there.
