Crowded. There were approximately 300 ppl there. They break u into groups and the process begins. Not a very intimate approach. I feel its pretty much the "assembly line ish" Not being selected was not as heartbreaking because it doesn't feel very personal at all as if they actually qualified you or not. However the money and effort spent to be there was. A stroke of chance.....GOOD LUCK. I will say it SEEMS like a cool company to work for.

Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking, interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
I applied over the website. They send out emails. You reply to the email with your availability. They sent me a link to a Zoom call. Asked me personality questions and then we set up another interview in Houston Texas.
he airline’s flight attendant interview process begins with an online application, followed by an assessment day involving group exercises and role-play scenarios. Successful candidates then proceed to a 1-on-1 interview, where their communication and customer service skills are evaluated. The next stage is a uniform check to ensure professional appearance, followed by a final review. Those who pass all stages receive a training offer before starting their career. The process assesses teamwork, adaptability, and service excellence
