Lame - applied online 3 months later "email" HR interview (not with the manager who knows the job) - 7 questions told to expand on them.
Cannot expand on 1 + 1 = 2. Is what Is.
No feedback - looks like HR has the answers SpaceX wants to see and if you do not match the Chosen Answers an automatic NO by e-mail.

6. Your manager wants to understand the efficiency and effectiveness of a Change Control Process. What 3 metrics/measurements would you choose to most effectively convey this? Why?
7. What was the last thing you learned? How did you learn it? How long did it take you to become proficient?
