I was called twice to set up interview once on tuesday next was friday of same week. The guy could not remember or look at his notes to remember he already made an appointment with me. The interview took 15 minutes and ended shortly after he got a call. The interviewer said he was going to have his "partner" at another store talk to me about a job in her store but she never called. I called the interviewer again and he promised that she would call me but never did. The last time I called him back he said he would have another job for me at a store two miles from my house but no one ever called from that store either.

I met with the owner at a fast food restaurant, we discussed my past experience and how I would introduce myself to the store. The gentleman I spoke with was a friend of my mothers so he was open to hire and did not ask many intimidating questions.He offered me the position with a trial period to take place over a month. Within a week or so he offered the GM position to me.
