Das Bewerbungsverfahren war in zwei Gespräche unterteilt. Das Erste fand online statt, das Zweite vor Ort in Dübendorf. Währenddessen wurde ganz transparent kommuniziert, wie lange eine Entscheidung braucht und wann das Ergebnis kommuniziert wird. Insgesamt ging der gesamte Bewerbungszyklus zwei Wochen. Wirklich super wie schnell, professionell, fachlich spezifisch und wertschätzend die Runden und das Feedback waren. Mein HR-Betreuer und der Leiter der Abteilung/ potenziell zukünftiger Chef haben sich sogar nach der Absage noch einmal Zeit genommen, um mir spezifisch und sehr wertschätzend Feedback zugeben und ihre Entscheidung zu begründen.

Le processus comporte différentes étapes: un premier entretien téléphonique est suivi par un entretien physique avec un responsable de service. Un second entretien a ensuite été réalisé, en visio, avec le responsable de service ainsi que son responsable (n + 2).

Application by e-recruiting on the website, immediate acknowledgement by e-mail. 3 weeks later, invitation to an interview planned 2 weeks after. Interview with HR person and a team manager / project leader of the hiring division. About 1/2 h, very friendly, pleasant and quite basic. 2 weeks after, invitation to a second interview and to complete a personality test, we remain 2 candidates : meeting with the division manager, around a coffee in the restaurant. Very nice, we began in French, finished in English to test our ability to use both language. Then meeting with the present team and the person who is quitting the place. This was the most "technical" part of the hiring process, very interesting. The last part was an interview with the HR person to debrief the personality test. Very interesting and perfect to learn on myself and see how I am perceived by others. Some days after this, I received a phone call from the HR person explaining why I have been refused.
