It was pretty straight forward when it comes to interview just be yourself make sure you look through there website and see what resonate with you they want people who are excited for SkyWest and have good principles

When you are done working a flight the next day a supervisor asked you about it because there was customer unhappy. How will you handle that
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
