Long interview process and with no job offer at the end, very disappointing experience.
30 minute phone interview with manager
1-2 hour assessment handling made up support scenarios
3 hour onsite with 4 different people in a small room, in which half of it was covered with boxes.
Was told that if I got to the last step, it would be a video interview to see if I was a culture fit (which they could have definitely seen by the long interview process they took me through.)
I was very excited about interviewing with Skillz, downloaded a bunch of their games and they led me to believe I would be hired. I got a rejection email the day after my interview saying my experience did not line up with what they were looking for (yet in the interview they said I was a great fit.)
Dont be fooled by the 4.2 rating on here, there are many negative reviews that they have a terrible culture. In the end, I am really glad I did not get hired.
