J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sigma Computing en janv. 2022
Entretien
A recruiter reached out to me, and the interview process went like so:
1. Intro Recruiter Call
2. Technical Screening (non LeetCode)
3. Onsite (4 interviews: 2 focused on algorithm, 1 system design, 1 hiring manager)
People were generally friendly and helpful during most interviews (as opposed to interviews I had at other companies where it feels more like a proctored test). I really appreciated the absence of LeetCode questions, and it focused more on practical programming including simplified versions of problems that could be used on the job.
The recruiters I felt were a little bit less on top of things. One recruiter was late to a phone call and didn't mention that at all. And they were supposed to send over some documents before my onsite, but I never received those even after asking for them a second time.
The whole process took about almost 3 months, but that's mostly due to lack of availibility on my side.

You start with an online assessment. Then if you pass, you go to an initial screening, followed by an OA code review. The final round is a technical and behavioral interview back to back.

Overall the process is good. Interviewees are patient, willing to give guidance and response. The coding problems are written in python, and not difficult. The whole process is online assessment, bq round, oa review round, and final tech round.
3 rounds. HR round, Assessment walk through with software engineer round. Live coding session with software engineer round. Overall experience good in both the rounds. No feedback at the end.
