A recruiter reached out to me, and the interview process went like so: 1. Intro Recruiter Call 2. Technical Screening (non LeetCode) 3. Onsite (4 interviews: 2 focused on algorithm, 1 system design, 1 hiring manager) People were generally friendly and helpful during most interviews (as opposed to interviews I had at other companies where it feels more like a proctored test). I really appreciated the absence of LeetCode questions, and it focused more on practical programming including simplified versions of problems that could be used on the job. The recruiters I felt were a little bit less on top of things. One recruiter was late to a phone call and didn't mention that at all. And they were supposed to send over some documents before my onsite, but I never received those even after asking for them a second time. The whole process took about almost 3 months, but that's mostly due to lack of availibility on my side.
