First interview was great. I'm now waiting to go visit the store for my second interview. I know that I will get hired and claiming it. This company seems to have a great work life balance and that is great. The benefits and pay are great as well.

Extremely long interview process. Sat there for 3 hours listening to someone talk. Felt like a huge waste of time. Called like five people for me to ask questions. Very awkward. Felt like I was being held hostage.

Overall not great. Had a face to face interview, then after the interview was able to go to a store and ask questions to somone currently in the role. Was supposed to get a call back in a week but never heard back.

I had 4 interviews with the company. The first interview was a phone interview with the recruiter, the second was a store visit with the store manager, the third was with the city manager, and the final was with the district manager. The whole process took about 3 weeks.
