Basic interview questions on conflict management and thought process for helping customers with a complicated request. The manager was thoughtful and really accommodating to student schedules. They were looking for someone who could fill in about 20 hours a week and asked to go over availability.

They interview everyone who applies but the manager doing the interview will act disinterested immediately and barely show you around if he doesn't click with you. The job itself seemed simple and something that changes day to day.
