Hiring process varies depending on the urgency of the position. My process took 2 months. Where as I have seen staff member hired within a week. Hiring process in mainly through word of mouth although I found this position through the ASU joblink website. It consisted of a phone interview and in person interview with the office manager. Within two weeks of in person interview I was offered a position.
