Would recommend showing up 1/2 hour before your appointment time. They want you to fill out their own application and a questionnaire. Questions were why do you think you are perfect for this job and the like. The interviewer was pleasant but prickled when I mentioned the reviews I saw on Glassdoor. I asked him multiple times if this job paid by draw commission. Like a former employee said it was but he insisted it was hourly plus commission. We just didn't hit off. He didn't like that I was trying to interview him too. I don't want to get stuck with another job I hate.
