Entretien
phone interview with HR, personality test/skills test, phone interview with sales mgr, 1:1 with sales mgr, 1:1 interview at corporate office in Wisconsin paid by company. (overnight stay at local hotel-paid by company), drug test at corporate office, 1:1 with sales director, 1:1 with sales division mgr, lunch with sales director, then fly back home. My offer came 2 days later because my drug test was conducted on Friday and the results were available on Monday.
Very thorough first interview. Went over hours and compensation benefits and PTO. Overall job description was easy to understand. Waiting on my second interview that was scheduled right away. Looking forward to start
Submitted resume online, received an initial phone call the following day to set up an in person interview. Met with the district manager to discuss position and details of arrangement. No out of the ordinary questions, mainly behavioral based to determine if you can make it in sales and your networking abilities.
